Urgent!!! If you are a PayPal user, Do Not reply to the "PayPal" email message asking for you to fill out a registration form. PayPal and eBay will never ask for your user name and password on email! I have spotted many emails like this one. The email will also transmit virus into your computer to steal your information.
Whenever your receive email like this seemingly from PayPal or eBay, don't reply, forward them to spoof@paypal.com or spoof@ebay.com respectably. As I said, the Internet is full of scam artists, be very careful with emails.

Anyway, today I just signed up as a Realtor with Sacramento Association of Realtors. It's a requirement as a real estate agent, because my broker belongs to the association. I also found out it's expensive to be a real estate agent, I have spent about a thousand dollars for training, exams, association fees, lockbox key fees, etc... and as I said the broker I am working for already waived office fees and paid for the insurance coverage. So far I haven't made a cent being an agent. Well, it's still very early into the career for me now. I am hoping I can help others to own a piece of the American dreams soon or else I will be losing my house. It's a bit depressing when I come to think of it. But I guess this will give me the motivation to do my best to help others so I will stay in the business and make a living.
