When I looked at other real estate agents' websites, I noticed some of them received awards for their websites. So, I decided to applied a few myself. Today, I received the first one: The Real Estate Library Pure Gold award.



While I am not a web design guru, but I have put a lot of time and effort to build my website and I am glad to be recognized. Also, I am very honored to receive very positive comments and suggestions from Realtytime.com columnist Bill Koelzer. The reason I got to know about him was my request to exchange links with his wife Debbie Ferrari . Bill is the webmaster behind Debbie's website. Because of Debbie, several agents wanted to trade links with me as well. And interestingly enough, they all have some kind of connection with China. Bill has been to China more than 20 times. He probably knows more places in China than me, even though I was born in China. One of the Realtors who traded link with me has a son who is a senior at Duke University and studied abroad in Beijing! He can speak Mandarin. Anyway, for those who trade links with me, I really like to thank them for their support and encouragement.
