I found this simple & delicious recipe and like to share it with you:

Recipe of the Week
~~ Chinese Ground Beef ~~

1 ¼ lb Ground Beef 625 g
½ cup chopped onions 300 ml
2 cups chopped cabbage 500 ml
2 cups grated carrots 500 ml
1 cup sliced celery 250 ml
½ cup soy sauce (or less to taste) 125 ml
½ cup water 125 ml
Brown beef & onions in a frying pan. Drain.
Mix meat, vegetables, soy sauce & water together.
Put into a casserole. Cover.
Bake @ 350F (180C) for 45 minutes.
Serves 6. Serve with rice.
