Recently I am busy reading the book "209 Fast Spare-Time Ways to Build Zero Cash Into 7 Figures A Year In Real Estate" by Tyler G. Hicks. You can find the book for sale at Amazon.com. He is the columnist at Inman News. He gave the book a solid 10 out of 10. But it's funny quite a few readers give the book bad reviews (only one star) at Amazon.com. I have a few pages to go before finishing reading the book, but I have to admit the book is a very good read and packed with useful information in regard with real estate investing. I can't wait to try a few techniques the author teaches in the book. As a BWB, I will also give the book a 10!
