If you are just getting into being a real estate agent, my first advice to you is to change your cell phone plan to an unlimited one. I learned my lesson in a very costly way. My last month's phone bill is almost $600. Today I decided to get the MetroPCS's $40/mo. Unlimited calling plan. The signal and the voice quality is pretty good. I was going to transfer my old cell phone number when the contract will be expired in September, but I like the new phone number: 916-271-9166. It's easier to memorize than the other number. So from now on, please call me at 916-271-9166 instead of 916-479-3953. The old number still works until September. However, if I get calls from my old cell phone, I will probably just take the phone number or the voice message and call back using the other phone. I like to apologize for the inconvenience.

It's been a while since my last post. I have been pretty busy lately. Being a Realtor, I find myself busy all the time, whether I have a client to work with or not. However, I do take time off to relax a bit, especially on Thursday, because it's my wife's only day off during the week. Anyway, last Thursday, my friend invited us to take a wine tasting trip to Napa. Nape is famous for its great tasting wine and winery tours. We planned to visit three wineries, but we could only find two of them: Robert Mondavi and V. Sattui. While trying to locate the third winery: Clos Pegase, we lost our way and wound up driving the most dangerous and curvous part of the highway 29. I had to keep my eyes on the yellow divider of the road all the time. The winding road seemed endless going up deep into the mountain. Finally, my friends couldn't take it anymore and I made a U turn back. It's the most nerve racking driving experience I have ever had. Anyway, I like to share a few pictures I took on the trip.
