PUBLIC WORKSHOP: RENTAL HOUSING

ELK GROVE, CA – The City of Elk Grove and the Human Rights/Fair Housing Commission are pleased to invite Elk Grove rental property owners and property managers to a free rental housing workshop on the evening of June 15th.

WHO: Open to the public

WHAT: Rental Housing Workshop to discuss specific issues connected with owning and managing rental housing properties in the State of California and the City of Elk Grove.

6:00 – 8:00 P.M.

The panel will be comprised of representatives from the following agencies:
City of Elk Grove Community Enhancement Department
City of Elk Grove Police Department
Human Rights/Fair Housing Commission

Information will be provided which will assist in a better understanding of how to legally manage your property and where you can go for assistance and advice.
