Getting Fit With These Great exercise Routines

For years I have putting off exercise to keep my body fit and healthy. Recently I noticed my waist line is getting bigger, so I decide I can't put exercising anymore. Fortunately, there are many options available for getting fit. For examples, jogging or walking near my house; going to the gym (there is a 24hr fitness center located very close to my house); or working out inside the house. I have thought of buying a treadmill, but I was discourages by friends who already owned one. They said the treadmill will mostly likely getter dust after a few month's use. As for going to the gym, it's kind of expensive for my and I don't quite like the setting and I don't like jogging outside either, may be after the new park is finished :-).
The days keep passing by and my waist keeps gaining inches while I was still not sure which is the best way to go about getting fit. In one Sunday afternoon, I turned on the TV (I normally don't watch much TV) and the infomercial selling exercise video was on. After watching for a few minutes I decided to give it a try so I order the trial video. After I received the video and pop it in the DVD player, I have to say, I really like the exercise routines. By following the video on TV, it keeps me motivated. Normally, I would use the TV's Picture-in-Picture function to watch the news and exercise at the same time. Now I exercise at least 4 times a week, I would do more if I had the time. If you are in a similar situation wanting to keep fit and healthy, I highly recommend this video. Anyway, to relieve you from further suspense, the exercise video I am talking about is the Power 90 video from Beachbody™. And the good news, it's very affordable. You don't need to spend several hundreds on gym membership and you can do it in the privacy of your own home! It's definitely worth to check it out!

Oh, yeah! My girth has boomed as well!

I write articles for a real estate website or two, and the time spent in front of the keybord has resultd in very lean, slender fingers, but a few rolls around my equator.

Glad to hear the videos work for you, but how do you keep from spilling your coffee, moving around so much? ;~)
