FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

ELK GROVE, CA – This morning the U.S. Census Bureau issued a press release citing Elk Grove as the second fastest growing city in the nation among large cities (100,000 or more population) between July 1, 2003 and July 1, 2004.

“The new population numbers show that the City of Elk Grove is truly thriving!” stated Mayor Dan Briggs. “We have a robust economy, attainable housing, and a superior quality of life that is very attractive to new residents.”

“The City has planned for this growth,” said City Manager John Danielson. “The City Council has implemented a Growth Management Policy that ensures that new development can be accommodated and will only occur as new infrastructure – roads, sewer, schools, and parks – are built.”

When I was waterting the trees and flowers in my backyard, I heard this rumbling sound above. I raised my head and saw a low & slow flying small airplane. I noticed the airplane was dragging a big sign, but it's not double sided and the I could only see the backside. The words are big enough for me to guess. It says:"It's Mega Big". Instantly I know it's the ad for the new Mega Million Lottery game. I saw the ad on TV and I heard it on the radio. Since I have just listed a home for sale, that gives me an idea, why not fly my open house sign just like the Mega Million lottery ad? Well, I am not crazy, I know I can't afford it and the ad probably won't justify the cost. But I can certainly fly my ad in the cyber space... just like I did before, you know what I mean if you visit my website before. So here it is, please Click Here to find out my upcoming open house this weekend.
By the way, may be I should go buy a Mega Million lottery ticket, but don't worry, even if I won, I will still be selling houses, but it will be much more fun, since I won't be under so much stress wondering when will I get my next commission check... keep dreaming...

I was shocked when I heard the news that Corey Rudl had died in an auto race accident at only 34. Who's Corey Rudl? A Millionaire, he was the founder and President of the Internet Marketing Center. If you are into Internet marketing, you probably have heard about him. When I first published my website in 2003, I joined his Internet marketing affiliate program which you can still find on my website in the Marketing & SOHO Opportunity sections. To learn more about Corey Rudl the genius Internet Marketer, please visit Rosalind Gardner's 'Net Profits Today' Blog here: http://www.netprofitstoday.com/blog/index.php?p=37.
His story really make me think that life is very unpredictable and fragile. We better make each day counts.
