WHO: Elk Grove Community

WHAT: Public workshops to explore issues concerning library services, including how these services are funded.

WHEN: Tuesday, August 9th
6:30 P.M.
And
Tuesday, August 23rd
6:30 P.M.

WHERE: Council Chambers
8400 Laguna Palms Way, Elk Grove

WHY: Hear from the public about current library services and how they are funded. Focus groups will also be utilized to hear feedback from a cross-section of the public about library services and funding.

The City of Elk Grove is having its FIRST FREE COLLECTION DAY
for the collection of Computer Monitors, TVs and Tires on July 30, 2005

You can drop off up to two computer monitors or TVs and up to four passenger car tires.
The drop off site will be at 10250 Iron Rock Way (corp yard) from 9 am to 2:30 pm on Saturday, July 30th.

Many components of electronic equipments – including metals, plastic, and glass – can be reused or recycled, while others may present environmental hazards, if not managed correctly.
Do the right thing and drop off your old computers, TVs and tires. It’s FREE!
