What's up?

Wow, I didn't' realize that I haven't updated my blog for about a year now. Yes, I haven't been active in real estate for a while. As you all know, the current real estate market is down and to be honest, I haven't make any sale last year. Many potential clients just curious about the market and don't want to commit in buying. So, how did I survive the down market? Fortunately, I landed a full time job doing what I had always been doing before putting my toes in real estate: computer support. I like being a real estate agent, but I believe I am best at providing computer support and I am quite happy with my current job. So, since I am holding a full time job, I found that I hardly have time to work in real estate effectively. Sure, I can do real estate part time, but to be fair to clients, I believe they will get a much better service with a full time real estate professional, as such, I will make some change to my real estate practice. I have decided that I will not get involved in any direct buying & selling. Instead, I will only provide referrals to buyers & sellers. I have joint the Referral Network Inc., I can refer you an experienced full time real estate agent anywhere in the United States and Canada. So, changes are on the way and I will update my website accordingly. So, please let me know if you or your friend need a real estate agent, and I will do my best to refer you a experienced, qualified full time real estate agent!
